Refunds: the Open It and Use It Promise

Open your kit and use it for 30 days. If it does not fit, we refund you. No reason needed.

How it works

• You have 30 days from the day you buy.
• Email [email protected] from the email you bought with. Add your order number if you have it.
• If it does not fit, we refund the full price you paid for the kit. You do not need to give a reason.
• You do not need to send anything back. Please stop using the files after a refund.

If something is wrong, we fix it

If a file is broken, a formula gives a wrong answer, or something in the kit does not match what we said it does, tell us. We will fix it and send you the fixed file. If you would rather have a refund, you can have that instead. Your choice.

How the refund is paid

We send the refund to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Any sales tax shown on your receipt is handled at checkout. After we send it, your bank or PayPal can take a few days to show it. We cannot control how long they take.

Fair use

This promise is for people who want to use the kits. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person for the same kit.

Your legal rights

This promise is extra. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live, including in Quebec.
